America's Top Doctors: Hair Restoration

Dr. Bernstein is honored to be listed in Castle Connolly America’s Top Doctors for 20 consecutive editions. He is listed as one of America’s best dermatologists for his pioneering work in advancing the field of surgical hair restoration and the treatment of hair loss.

America’s Top Doctors is a national guide, published by Castle Connolly Medical, that identifies the top medical specialists in the United States. Physicians are listed from more than 60 medical areas that specialize in the care and treatment of more than 1,600 diseases and conditions. Doctors are organized geographically within each specialty/sub-specialty. Doctors do not and cannot pay to be included in any Castle Connolly Guide or online directory.

To develop the list of the best doctors in America, Castle Connolly Medical surveyed more than 230,000 medical specialists, department chairs, residency program directors, vice presidents of medical affairs and presidents of the nation’s leading medical centers and specialty hospitals. Physicians were nominated and then subjected to a review process that included scrutiny of medical education, training, hospital appointments, administrative posts, professional achievements, and malpractice and disciplinary history.
